About CAE

College of Aeronautical Engineering (CAE) is a well-established teaching institution of Aeronautical Engineering which offers Bachelor and MS/PhD degrees in Aerospace, Avionics, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. Established in 1965 at Korangi Creek, Karachi with the help of United States Air Force, CAE has grown into one of the finest institutions in its field of specialization. It is the pioneer institution in Pakistan which offers internationally accepted curricula for both undergraduate programmes in the fields of Aerospace and Avionics Engineering. The college is ISO-9001 certified since 1999. Since its establishment, CAE has provided engineering education to cadets of PAF, Pak Army, Pak Navy, PIA, NUST scholars, and personnel of NESCOM and over twelve foreign countries around the world. Its alumni have been instrumental in developing the country’s aerospace related industry in both the public and private sector. CAE has five departments – Aerospace Engineering, Avionics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Humanities & Science, and Professional Continuing Education.
