College of Aeronautical Engineeri​ng (CAE) is the sole foundation head for imparting aeronautical education in Pakistan. Since inception it has played a central role in promoting national cause in aeronautics, and today CAE graduates form the backbone of all such activities in Pakistan. The College management is very conscious of the quality of services offered and has been certified to the latest standard – ISO 9001:2015. In 2010 re-accreditation by PEC, the major departments of the college received the highest ever score by any engineering college in the country. These events reflect a remarkable and continuing commitment on the part of faculty that includes some of the nations’ leading engineering researchers. The College has hosted three out of nine National Aeronautical Conferences. CAE is in the forefront to establish a bridgehead between academia and industry, both in the public and private sector, to boost the country’s indigenization program. I hope CAE will keep striving for continuous improvement in its services and contribute to the national cause in an unprecedented manner.
