Summary

Dr. Muhammad Naveed is currently a faculty member at College of Aeronautical Engineering, National University of Science & Technology (NUST), Pakistan. He holds a PhD in HRM and Leadership from Institute of Business Management, Karachi. Dr. Naveed's research interests encompass contemporary issues, including Employee Wellbeing, Leadership, Social Entrepreneurship and Informal Learning. He has authored articles published in leading refereed journals, including Leadership & Organization Development Journal, Journal of Leadership & Organizational Studies, Consumer Behavior in Tourism and Hospitality, Asia Pacific Journal of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Insights, International Journal of Ethics and Systems, and European Journal of Training and Development, among others. He has taught a range of topics including Organizational Behaviour, Industrial Psychology, Advance Research Methods and Entrepreneurship.
