Dr. Muhammad Qamar Zia (PhD) is currently an esteemed faculty member at College of Aeronautical Engineering (NUST), in the Department of Industrial Engineering. Holding a PhD in Management Sciences, he has published numerous articles on topics such as informal learning, self-development, leadership, engagement, job demands, job resources, ethics, and adaptive performance. His research and scholarly contributions have made invaluable contributions to the field of human resource management. He has the honor to publish more than 15 articles in ISI index Journals. Currently, he is teaching the courses of management and research methodology to MS Scholars of Engineering and Aviation Management. He has taught different courses in the universities of Pakistan and KSA.
